Questions people actually ask
- Is the free plan a trial?
- No. There is no clock on it. If 5 subcontractors covers your business, that is a complete product and it stays free.
- What counts toward the 5?
- Active subcontractors. Archiving a sub you no longer work with frees a slot, and their certificate history is kept.
- Do you charge my subcontractors?
- Never. They do not even create an account.
- What happens to my data if this shuts down?
- A fair question for a small product. You can download every certificate you have uploaded at any time, and we would give notice and an export before shutting anything off. See privacy.
